Terms of Service
These terms apply to all purchases on gcc.notresucces.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by ELITE RETAIL BUSINESSMEN SERVICES L.L.C, Silver Tower, Office 1204, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Trade Licence 1480048, TRN 104893895300003 ("we", "us"), which sells Notre Succès products in the GCC. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
2. Products and availability
We describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. All products are subject to availability.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in AED (or your local currency where offered) and include UAE VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery areas, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns, exchanges and faulty items
Returns are possible within 7 days and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Your statutory rights for damaged, defective or incorrect items are not affected.
6. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined. Free gifts with purchase are subject to availability; if an order with a free gift is returned, the gift must be returned too, or its value may be deducted from the refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Store, including the Notre Succès name, logos, designs, images and text, is owned by or licensed to Notre Succès and may not be used without written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
