Shipping

All orders on gcc.notresucces.com ship from our stock in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Delivery times

Destination	Delivery time
Dubai	Same-day delivery, every day, for orders placed before 16:00 (Dubai time). Orders placed after 16:00 are delivered the next day.
Rest of the UAE	1–2 days
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman	1–4 days

Delivery times start when the order is confirmed and are estimates. Public holidays, customs clearance (for deliveries outside the UAE), incorrect address details or events outside our control can cause delays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders from AED 1,000. For smaller orders the shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices, VAT and duties

Prices are shown in AED (or in your local currency where available) and include UAE VAT. For deliveries outside the UAE, any import duties or taxes that apply in the destination country are shown at checkout where possible; otherwise they may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct; the courier may contact you to arrange delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed after the courier's attempts, the order may be returned to us; we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and any extra shipping cost may be charged.
