Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Notre Succès order. If an item is not right for you, you may request a return within 7 days or an exchange within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligibility

For a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached and its original packaging intact. Please include your order number when contacting us through the website.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it before approving the return or exchange. Items showing signs of use, washing, damage or alteration, or items missing their original tags or packaging, cannot be accepted under this policy.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Once the return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will refund the item price to the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will confirm the available options with you before arranging the exchange.

For a return or exchange requested because of a change of mind, size or preference, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost. Any delivery charge for sending an exchanged item will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us through the website with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in line with applicable consumer protection law. The 7-day return and 14-day exchange periods above do not limit your rights in these cases.

Email customerservice@eliteretail.ae or use the contact form with your order number, the item(s) and whether you would like a return or an exchange. We will reply with the next steps and the return address.
